Art Related
The internet is a great resource for artists. Here are just a few of my favorite sites to visit.

Drawspace- A cool place for all sorts of art tutorials.
Concept Art- If you ever want to destroy your self esteem as an artist, this is the place to go. You won't find more amazing art anywhere on the web.
Computer Graphics Society- Another website with a lot of great art. There's a lot of 3d on this site as well.
Into the Pixel- An annual art exhibition showcasing the work of the video game industry's finest artists.
Ballistic Publishing- Publisher of gorgeous high quality art books which showcase the best digital artists in the world and explains their techniques.
The Gnomon Workshop- Makers of training DVDs for Visual Effects and Concept Artists.
Academy of Art University- The premier school for aspiring artists.
